Cash Pay & Out-of-Network Rates:
Town Center Family Practice offers transparent pricing for patients who are paying out of pocket or whose insurance is out of network. The following rates apply to both Self-Pay and Out-of-Network patients, including adults and pediatric patients.
Current Fee Schedule
• New Patient Visit: $150
• Comprehensive Physical Exam (CPE): $120
• Well-Woman Exam: $120
• Follow-Up Visit – Up to 15 Minutes: $90
• Follow-Up Visit – 15 to 30 Minutes: $120
• Follow-Up Visit – More Than 30 Minutes: $150
These fees are for the office visit and apply to both adult and pediatric patients. Additional services, testing, lab work, medications, or procedures may incur additional charges depending on the care provided.
Missed Appointments & Last-Minute Cancellations
A $50 fee applies to missed appointments and last-minute cancellations.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to avoid this fee.

Difference Between Out-of-Network and Self-Pay Patients

If your health insurance plan does not have an in-network agreement with Town Center Family Practice, you are considered an out-of-network patient. Self-Pay Patients
